  • personal identity, financial, immigration and supporting documents: deleted when they are no longer required, subject to any legal, contractual or dispute-related reason for retaining them;
  • service agreements, invoices, payment records and essential business correspondence: normally up to six years; and
  • marketing records: while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to record your preferences.

We may retain information for longer where it is needed for a complaint, legal claim, investigation, audit or regulatory requirement.
